About

For the lack of a better explanation, Seas of Static is a personal project that aims to document and share photos, journal entries, general thoughts, and more. We live in difficult times. Our wretched rulers cling to the threads of power they have left. We build factories and processing plants and skyscrapers and office buildings, spreading rot and concrete like a cancerous growth. Winding rivers of asphalt lead us to glorious empty parking lots, illuminated by flourescent lights blocking us from seeing the stars.

More people are beginning to believe that what we're doing as a society is bad, and they're right, but the progress we can make as a species is being stunted by those who gain material wealth from killing our forests, oceans, families, and friends-

The world is strange and scary and changing at such a rapid rate as battles rage between vulgar kings and those who just want enough to eat, or those who want to love who they want to love, or those who want to see their children grow up in a world that isn't choking them to death in smog underneath bare and starless skies.

I suppose that this website is just me trying to make sense of it all. To try to explain what I see in my day-to-day life. Maybe it's a desperate attempt to help at least one person see what's going on in our beautifully fucked world. To make some sort of change about it.

I know I'm screaming into the void here. I'm not expecting the void to ever answer. We're all just so so lost right now. We're capable of so much more than the stupid and broken society we live in. The world can be a better place.

Thanks for Reading.
